CONTEMPORARY MUSIC SESSIONS 2019
The Contemporary Music Sessions are organised by the City Council of Santiago, the USC, the Santiago Consortium, the Provincial Council of A Coruña and the CGAC, in collaboration with the Fulbright Scholarship Program, the New York Women Composers, the University of Pennsylvania, the Teresa Berganza Conservatory, the School of Higher Music Studies, the Professional Music Conservatory of Santiago and Womarts.
In this edition, the sessions will be held under the subtitle of Diaspora, as all the programming will revolve around composers and performers who develop their careers outside their birthplaces. The most avant-garde proposals for cult music will come from all over the world, making up a programme of ten concerts, lectures, symposia and master classes in different parts of the city.
